Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly: Performed on a regular schedule

Short-term Rental Programs: Designed for STR owners that need frequent testing/balancing/cleaning between guests.

Every Visit:

  1. Check the alkalinity and the pH of the water and adjust if needed

  2. Check the level of your sanitizer

  3. Clean at and above the waterline to remove any calcium deposits or scum that may have accumulated

  4. Removing debris from water

  5. Shock and sanitize the water

  6. Rinse the filter

Monthly:

  1. Examine jets for any damage or clogs

  2. Perform chemical rinse on filter

  3. Clean the cover

Quarterly / Semi-Annual:

  1. Drain

  2. Check the surface of the hot tub for damage or wear

  3. Check for any needed repairs while the tub is empty

  4. Thorough cleaning of whole tub

  5. Refill hot tub and chemical balancing
